* DHL Express do NOT deliver to/ accept PO Box deliveries.

* The following countries must provide a PO Box delivery address when using standard shipping: Qatar, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates.

* The following countries must provide a street address when using standard shipping: Israel, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon.

* The following countries we do not ship too, due to country trade restrictions: Iran, Syria, Yemen.

* The following countries must provide a Business Address & Company Name: Russia (Package will be returned back to our warehouse if not provided).

* Australia Post has advised they are experiencing delays at the moment due to COVID.

* The following countries have temporarily suspended all DHL standard shipping however they are accepting DHL Express shipping only: Bahamas, Belize, Bolivia, Bonaire, Brunei, Darussalam, Cameroon, Canada, Cape Verde, Cayman Islands, Dominica, Dominican Republic, Eswatini (Swaziland), Guinea, Guyana, Israel, Ivory Coast, South Korea, Laos, Libya, Lithuania, Macao, Martinique, Montenegro, New Caledonia, Nicaragua, Nigeria, Pakistan, "Saint Vincent and the Grenadines", Saudi Arabia, St. Kitts and Nevis, Sudan.

* The following countries are temporarily suspended are not receiving any parcels until further notice Via DHL: Cuba, Guinea-Bissau, Mauritius, Sao Tomé and Príncipe, Réunion, Venezuela.

* Israel is currently experiencing a delay with the customs office, please allow up to 4-6 weeks for your parcel to be delivered.

DELIVERY TIME

All Orders made before 8:30 am (AEDT/ Sydney Time) each day (Monday to Friday) are packed and sent the same day.

(Please allow up to 48 hours for your orders to be dispatched during and just after sale periods and during holiday periods.)


Australia orders: If you have not received your items within 5 working days of making your order please email us with your order number. In most cases, this means that an attempted delivery has occurred and unfortunately you were not home! Resulting in your parcel to be waiting for you at your nearest post office for collection.

International orders: If you have not received your order after (Express- 6 working days) & (Standard- 15 working days), please track your package to find its location and call

your national postal service with your tracking number.

DELIVERY

If you are not home at the time of your order’s delivery, you will be left a calling card.

Australian customers: Your order will be redirected to your local post office and you can collect the package from your local post office with your Photo ID.

International customers: Please contact DHL in your country to reschedule re-delivery for when best suits you.

ORDER TRACKING

- Once your order is packed and leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with your order’s tracking number.

- You will be sent a unique tracking code for your package that can be tracked online.

- Please allow up to 48 hours between Monday to Friday for your tracking number Via email.

- If you have not received your tracking number, please check your ‘Junk’ folder Via email, as it may have been automatically filtered.


CUSTOM DUTIES & TAXES INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

Customers can be charged for buying & importing product into their country

In the event that an international shipment attracts customer duties and taxes, the customer will be required to pay the customs, duties and taxes on the order.

PLEASE NOTE:

- ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Mishki Co's warehouse team are super fast in processing all customer orders to ensure all orders are receive on time. If you have double order (the same products). Your order will be shipped out before Customer Care can attend to this. If your have received your double order- Simply proceed to our Returns Info.

-If an in-stock item is purchased with a Pre-order item, the order will be placed on hold and shipped out together once the Pre-order item has arrived.

- Pre-orders can NOT be cancelled once made.

- If an incorrect shipping address is provided by a customer, the order will be returned to Mishki Co Warehouse, and the Cost of Re- Shipping MUST be covered by the customer.

- Any orders returned back to our warehouse as undeliverable will be processed as a return

- Unfortunately, Mishki Co are not held responsible for lost or stolen packages or delays in transit.

- Mishki Co does NOT take any responsibility of an order once delivered and confirmed delivered by tracking.

- Some packages may require a signature on delivery and will not be released without a signature. The delivery of your package may be delayed if your delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery. If no one is present to sign for confirmation of your order, the package will be sent to your local post office for collection.

- Please note these transit times are estimates only
-There may be some delays in customs which are beyond our control and we do not take responsibility for any of these processing delays

- Please note Mishki Co does not collect or handle any tax charges or fees

- Please kindly note that if you declined to pay your countries custom fees the parcel will be returned back to our warehouse and a store credit will be issued. Any fees charged to Mishki Co for the return shipment will be deducted from your credit note.
